It's officially been 1 year since I had my solar panels installed. The initial install was a little rocky because the company was so busy with installs. But through it all the folks at Solartime were wonderful. I get excited to receive my energy bill every month so I can see how much I DON'T owe. It's great! What has impressed me the most though, is that this past month when I changed my internet in my home, I completely forgot about the solar needing to have internet access. Within 2 days of the internet change, I received a call from SolarTime asking if everything was OK and letting me know they could no longer monitor my system. WOW! I know they told me they would constantly be monitoring it, but to have them make good on that promise blew me away. Not only that, but one of their employees came out to help me reconnect the solar to the internet since I couldn't remember how to do it myself. That is outstanding Customer Service right there. Going Solar with SOLARTIME USA is Absolutely without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made.
